Petit Planet beginner guide
Make a home, meet Neighbors, try one daily activity, then open the Starsea when you want a wider horizon.
Jump to the first step
Make your planet home
Shape the landscape, coastline and skies around a home of your own. Walk through the area and notice which part you want to change first. Start here so every later activity has a place attached to it, then open Planet Growth when you want to make the world feel more personal.

Meet your Neighbors
Bring a gift, share a meal or take a walk to spend time with a Neighbor. Their distinct personalities make each small interaction a way to learn who lives on your planet. Return to the Neighbors page when you want ideas for making that visit part of your regular route.
Open Neighbors
Try one everyday activity
Pick one activity that matches your mood: harvest crops, fish, catch bugs, search the beach or cook. A single outing gives your home routine a practical starting point. Choose the activity whose setting appeals to you, then let that location guide your next visit.

Open the Starsea
Travel through the Starsea when you want materials, new creatures and new friends. Bring what you discover back into the rhythm of your home planet and its Neighbors. It is a natural fourth step because it widens the day without taking away the place you have built.

Start with a place you can read
The home planet gives every later activity a visible context. Walk around the landscape, coastline and skies, then choose one crop, water, beach or cooking task so you know what kind of rhythm feels right for your first session. A small change to the land also gives you a memorable place to return to after meeting a Neighbor or visiting Starsea. Treat the first visit as orientation: learn the shape of the world before trying to make every corner perfect.
Use social and outward loops as choices
A gift, meal or walk is a simple way to start with a Neighbor and notice their personality. Give the interaction enough time to feel distinct, then keep the one you enjoyed in mind for the next visit. When the home routine feels familiar, the Starsea adds a different kind of session: gather materials, discover creatures and meet new friends before returning to your planet.
Separate launch facts from test history
The Final Beta ran on Windows PC, iOS and Android as a data-wipe test with no in-game purchases. For launch, start with the simpler loop: shape your home, meet Neighbors, try a named activity and use Starsea travel when you want to explore further. The release page is the place to check dates and devices; this route is about what to do once you begin playing.
Use this four-part route to settle into Petit Planet: make a home, meet a Neighbor, try an activity and travel when you want a wider view. Pause after each step and follow the part of the world that gives you the clearest next idea. The side links keep Planet Growth, Neighbors and Starsea close at hand when one of those questions becomes the useful next stop, and help you return to a favorite place quickly.
